RESERVATIONS

  • All suite rates are nightly and based on double occupancy.

  • Check-in time is 4:00 pm.

  • Check-out time is 11:00 am.

  • The front desk operates from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm every day. Guests are only able to check in during these hours.

  • Early arrival or late check-out options available upon request. Please call to make arrangements in advance. If we are unable to accommodate your request, your luggage can be stored for you.

  • Guests must be 18 years or older to check-in.

  • Dogs are welcome at One Lakeside for a non-refundable fee of $75 per stay in designated pet-friendly rooms. Advance reservations are required due to the limited dog-friendly rooms available and have a two dog maximum per suite. All stays with a dog must adhere to our dog guidelines.

  • One Lakeside has an Amenities Fee of $50 per night in one bedroom suites and $60 per night in two and three bedroom suites, which is applied to all reservations and includes:

    • Access to the condominium 4th Floor Outdoor Terrace with a dog run, patio seating, and gas grills

    • Access to The Rooftop Terrace with a hot tub (ages 18+) and club room with kitchen

    • Self-parking with unlimited in and out privileges

    • High-speed wireless internet

 

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

  • A deposit of the first night plus tax will be taken at the time of reservation to hold the room.

  • One and Two-Bedroom Suites Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival for summer stays (June - September) will receive a refund minus a 5% transaction fee on the deposit. Reservations cancelled past the cancellation window are ineligible for a refund. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival for Fall/Winter/Spring stays (October – May) will receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled past the cancellation window are ineligible for a refund. If your reservation was pre-paid, it is non-refundable.

  • Three-Bedroom Suites Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund minus a 5% transaction fee on the deposit. Reservations cancelled past the cancellation window are ineligible for a refund. If your reservation was pre-paid, it is non-refundable.

  • If you do not arrive for your reservation, you will be charged for your full reservation.


 

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Pack-and-play cribs are available with advance notice and no additional fee.

  • One Lakeside is a non-smoking facility.
