What is the guestroom cancellation policy?
One and Two-Bedroom Suites Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival for summer stays (June - September) will receive a refund minus a 5% transaction fee on the deposit. Reservations cancelled past the cancellation window are ineligible for a refund. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival for Fall/Winter/Spring stays (October – May) will receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled past the cancellation window are ineligible for a refund. If your reservation was pre-paid, it is non-refundable.
Three-Bedroom Suites Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund minus a 5% transaction fee on the deposit. Reservations cancelled past the cancellation window are ineligible for a refund. If your reservation was pre-paid, it is non-refundable.

What is included in the Amenity/Resort Fee?
One Lakeside has an Amenities Fee of $50 per night in one bedroom suites and $60 per night in two and three bedroom suites, which is applied to all reservations and includes:
Access to the condominium 4th Floor Outdoor Terrace with a dog run, patio seating, and gas grills
Access to The Rooftop Terrace with a hot tub (ages 18+) and club room with kitchen
Self-parking with unlimited in and out privileges
High-speed wireless internet
Is smoking allowed on property?
One Lakeside is a non-smoking facility.
Do you require a deposit to hold my reservation?
Yes, a deposit of the first night plus tax will be taken at the time of reservation to hold the room.
Are pets allowed?
Dogs are welcome at One Lakeside for a non-refundable fee of $75 per stay. Dog-friendly rooms are limited and subject to availability and have a two dog maximum per suite. Advance reservations are required, and all stays, including a canine, must adhere to our dog guidelines.

What are the hotel’s emergency procedures?
We have several emergency procedures ready for guests.
Is there a minimum age requirement to check-in?
Guests must be 18 years or older to check-in.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 4:00pm, and check-out is 11:00am. If you would like a later departure time, please contact Guest Services on the morning of your departure date. We will do our best to accommodate you. Additional charges may apply. Please note that the front desk operates from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm every day. Guests are only able to check in during these hours.
What are the options for parking?
We offer self-parking for one car per suite in our parking garage with in-and-out privileges included in our Amenities Fee.
What if we have more than two adults in our room?
Due to our spacious rooms, we do not charge an extra adult fee.
Do you offer cribs?
Pack-and-play cribs are available with advance notice and no additional fee.
Do you offer late check-out?
Late check-out options available upon request. Please call to make arrangements in advance. If we are unable to accommodate your request, your luggage can be stored for you.
Do you offer early check-in?
Early arrival options available upon request. Please call to make arrangements in advance. If we are unable to accommodate your request, your luggage can be stored for you.
What are the taxes on my reservation?
There is a 8% occupancy tax.
Can I store my bags before I check-in or after I check-out?
Yes, the front desk will hold them for you until you're ready.

Coeur d'Alene Airport is a short 20-minute drive, and Spokane International Airport (GEG) is a 40-minute drive.

Do you have a fitness center?
We do not have an onsite fitness center; however, being centrally located to multiple walking trails, biking paths, and hikes, we offer an alternative to the typical fitness center. Feel free to ask our front desk for local recommendations.
How much do you charge for high-speed/Wi-Fi internet access?
High-speed wireless internet is included in our Amenities Fee.
Do you have a hot tub?
Yes, with our Amenities Fee, you receive limited access to the Rooftop Terrace with a hot tub (ages 18+).

We offer limited daily housekeeping service and is available upon request.
Do you offer laundry services?
All of our suites have a full washer and dryer for you to use during your stay.
Where can I get ice for my room?
Each suite features a full kitchen with an ice machine in the freezer.
I lost an item, or I found an item, what should I do?
If you lose or find an item, please immediately contact Guest Services for assistance.
Do you offer luggage assistance?
Yes, we would be delighted to assist, please contact Guest Services, and one of our team members will assist you.
Are you able to mail something for me?
Out-bound mail may be left at the Front Desk for pick up. You may purchase postage stamps as well. If you require UPS, FedEx, or International shipping, please contact Guest Services.
