  • WIFI PASSWORD

  • CHECK-OUT
    Check-out time is at 11:00am. If you would like to extend your stay, please contact our Guest Service team.

  • FRONT DESK

    Our Guest Reception desk is closed between 11pm-7am.

    If there is a medical emergency, please call 911.

  • BUILDING ACCESS

    All doors are locked between the hours of 7pm-7am. Your guest key will allow access to all keypad entry points.

  • HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES

    Our housekeeping team will be happy to refresh towels, remove garbage, and restock amenities upon request. Full-service requests are available after 5-day stays. If you would like to provide a tip for your housekeepers but do not have cash, there is a QR code option next to the coffee pot. Thank you!

  • IN-ROOM AMENITIES

    Local roasted coffee is provided for your enjoyment. Please note that each bag provides two full pots of coffee.

  • PARKING
    Onsight parking is available to all guests for a $10 nightly fee. One parking spot is guaranteed per reservation, with unlimited in and out privileges. No oversized vehicles.

  • ROOFTOP EXPERIENCE

    One Lakeside offers a $25 per day Rooftop Experience Fee at check-in. You must have a green wristband when partaking in the Rooftop Experience.

    Rooftop Experience Fee provides access to:

    • The Rooftop Terrace with a hot tub (ages 18+)

    • 360 degree views

    • Club Lounge

    • Fitness Center (hours 6AM to 7PM)

    The Club Lounge Kitchen is only for One Lakeside Residents.

  • 4TH FLOOR TERRACE

    The 4th floor terrace is available to all guests and provides access to:

    • Dog run

    • BBQ Grill

    • Outdoor lounge furniture

    • Cornhole

  • SMOKING POLICY

    One Lakeside is a 100% smoke-free property, which includes all balconies, terraces, driveway, parking garage, and within 20 feet from any entrance door. A $150 smoking fee will be applied to all reservations that are found to be non-compliant.

  • POLICY VIOLATIONS

    Any violations of One Lakeside policy may incur a fee of $200, and if warranted, may be asked to leave the hotel.

  • THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA
    At One Lakeside, you are surrounded by adventure, from the lake itself to the surrounding mountains. If outdoor adventures are not your thing, we are steps away from downtown, with shops, dining, and nightlife to enjoy. Your visit here can be the most well-rounded, diverse getaway you've ever imagined.

  • DOG POLICY

    If you brought a furry friend, our dog run is located on our 4th floor terrace, and a $75 dog fee will be applied to your reservation; 2 dog maximum. Click on the dog policy link for specific rules/guidelines.

  • FOOD DELIVERY

    Deliveries are not permitted access to any floor; guests must retrieve these items from the delivery driver directly at the lobby front doors (Instacart, DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.).

  • QUIET HOURS

    Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am.
